In addition to the Victory Youth staff and leaders, the camp is staffed with a resident director, food service personnel, trained counselors, and an onsite nurse.

All campers are supervised by both Camp Victory staff and VY staff/leaders.

Campers may use their cell phones during free time to stay in touch with their parents. If a camper does not have a cell phone, they can make calls through the camp office.
